The caravan has had an internet connection fitted so you can communicate with your homeland economically. Use one of the big telephone internet companies and get free calls to England and even have web conversations with live pictures. You can still watch your grandchildren growing up. All the woodwork and upholstery are in immaculate order throughout. The Levooz awning was only fitted in March 2008 and has a three year maker’s guarantee. The park has many facilities for your use but Benidorm with all its amenities is just a 10 minute drive away and is also ideally situated for touring into the interior of Spain. Just a short walk from the front gates of the complex, is the bustling village of L’Alfaz del Pi. It is here you will get a more Spanish feel with smaller narrower streets with quaint brightly coloured houses just like the picture postcards. There are also Dutch and Germans residents in the local area to give even more of an interest. The mobile home has the two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double island bed and wardrobes with built in dressing unit, and a door to the washroom which has full size shower cubicle, toilet and vanity unit. Your guest’s room has twin beds and wardrobe with small chest. The lounge has a large display storage unit with integral TV stand. There is a large corner unit which pulls out to make a bed, for you to relax on and other occasional furniture. A teak dining set is handily placed just outside the kitchen’s opening. This Hobby Caravan has been set up for a number of years on the established side of Villamar. It is in a handy position near to all the facilities. There is a choice of two shower blocks to go to and the swimming pools are only a short walk from your front door. The sites bar, restaurant and supermarket are just as near. That peaceful early morning swim you promised yourself can become a reality throughout the year in the heated indoor pool. The five berth caravan has a double bed in the separate end bedroom with storage uderneath. All around the caravan are storage units and wardrobes. The toilet is plumbed to the mains as is the sink unit in the washroom. The awning has been tiled and is fully furnished. There are two sofas, TV, long dark wood dresser and dining set with side unit. All are in very good condition and give the awning a cosy look and there is also a fitted kitchen. There is all the required equipment such as washing machine, small hob, sink, fridge, and plenty of worktop space and cupboards. There is a black Toldo cover over the set up and a wind out blind to cover the patio on those hotter days. It is all ready to move into, as the owners are returning to England for personal reasons.

Set up on the established part of Villamar Caravan Park in the lower section is this Hobby Caravan complete with a Inaca awning. It has a fixed double bed in the bedroom area. Underneath the bed is a storage area and around the top of the bedroom more storage units. The lounge area of the caravan has been removed and a large double bed installed. A toilet has been fitted into the washroom which also contains a vanity sink unit. The kitchen has been removed from the caravan and additional wardrobe and storage space fitted in its place. All this work has been completed to a very high standard and compliments the original fittings. The awning has a tiled floor installed and a fitted kitchen with most of the equipment and furniture being supplied. There is a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and kitchen units which contain plenty of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. In the lounge area of the awning is a sofa bed, two recliner chairs, TV and other occasional furniture. The patio outside has been fully tiled to give you comfortable sitting out space to relax on. Over whole set up is a Toldo sunshade to give you comfort and shade in those hotter summer months. The brand new awning has been ceramic tiled and a fitted kitchen is going to be installed with all the necessary equipment. The lounge area has two 2 sofas, a three seater and two seater with machine washable covers, coffee table, TV cabinet with TV, and a long handy side cabinets. This 2006 Tabbert Caravan has an Inaca awning, is in very condition throughout and was set up in July 2007 on the new section of the Villamar site. The caravan is in immaculate condition having had only very limited holiday since arriving here. There are additional pieces which are included in price which are not shown on the photos. There is a large double bed, and wardrobes and storage cupboards all around the caravan. For your convenience the large dining / lounge area is still intact and this converts to a double bed for those extra guests and the smaller dining area can be used as a sofa or as a single bed. The Inaca Awning has had a ceramic tiled floor laid and a fitted kitchen installed with worktops, storage units, fridge freezer, four ring gas cooker and a plumbed to the mains sink. The lounge area has a large sofa bed and two complimentary reclining chairs, a TV and DVD on a large display stand and other occasional furniture. There are plenty of electrical sockets through out the caravan and awning. All crockery, cutlery and saucepans are being supplied in the price so it is great value for money. A Toldo sunshade has been fitted and there is a glass top dining set to go onto the paved patio. This is available for immediate occupation.

This Hobby caravan and Inaca awning is set up on the new plots at Villamar with views from the patio. The 5 berth Hobby caravan is in very good condition with an Inaca awning recently fitted. The bedroom has a full size fixed double bed which can be separated off by the two sliding doors. There is a large storage area underneath the bed, and the seating area at the other end of the caravan can also be made into a double bed so you can cater for four adults comfortably with a fifth person on the smaller dining area. A plumbed in toilet is in the washroom and there are plenty of storage places under the seats and in the high cupboards.
